You would think Adele would be looking forward to her tour ending in November so she can enjoy some down time, but nnooo! The soulful singer from the UK has been caught recently rsvp’ing live onstage during a recent performances in the U.S. The 28-year-old performer was in Detroit when she took a break to chat to her fans. But before she began another set of songs, Adele called up a young couple she had spotted dancing together at the back of the arena.
25-year-old Vince and his fiancé 26-year-old Ryan from Chicago joined Adele on the stage for hugs, hugs and well, more hugs. After introductions were made and Vince stopped fanning himself – poor guy was still in shock 🙂 Adele managed to get more acquainted before the pair revealed their big plans to marry next September. The crowd got all excited, cheering for the couple, but when Vince asked Adele “Do you wanna come?” the crowd really got excited. “I would love to come” replied the singer, and the crowd went wild.
Ryan looks like he is going to pass out, Vince on the other hand turned into a chatterbox. It’s amazing what nerves will do… “We said before the show, and this is so weird because I had dreams about this. I’m not kidding, I’m not kidding… I really did. I said if we see Adele and we go up there I want her to come to the wedding as a guest.” Ryan still looked like he wanted to pass out, his poor nerves became too much when he blurted out “What’s your rate?” I actually had to replay his comment. In front of his idol, in front of thousands and he asks her rate – he should have ask her to come then shut up lol 😉
Adele, being a good sport replied “Don’t worry, I’ll do it for free…” Awww, isn’t she fabulous?!!! The three of them had fun posing for selfies, Adele squashing herself between the pair. I wonder if the pair went out and celebrated after the concert. Not everyday an international singer agrees to come to your wedding. Time will tell if she is true to her word, but regardless, the pair from Chicago had a night they won’t forget any time soon.
